My son attended for 8 months. I never knew what was going on. He was always with different teachers. I never got details about his day. They said there would be a binder for each child so parents could see what they did during the day. That never happened. They said there would be parent/teacher conferences, but there weren't.

The owners said having one code to open the front door is a security problem and they would give each family their own code. That never happened. Delivery of school pictures was delayed repeatedly and each time I asked about it, I got a different answer.

I dropped off a gift for my son’s teacher. Apparently, the office staff opened the candy and gave the card to one of the kids. The teacher never received either, although the office staff told me she did.

One evening a teacher told me my son did well in a different class that day. I asked the front desk staff if my son was moving to Sophia’s class. She told me Sophia left with the director. That was the first I heard there was a new director. I never met the new director. Two people at the school said the change was permanent, but two parents told me it was temporary.

One week they took extra money out of my account. I called and they said tuition went up. I received no notice. The next week, they took out the original amount again. I still don’t know what tuition I was supposed to be paying.

They lost the first 2 sets of spare clothes I provided. They gave me a credit, but it was a hassle. The director then put his clothes in the office. One day I found him in wet t-shirt and bathing suit. He had an accident and the teacher didn’t know where his spare clothes were.

I tried to contact Small Miracles, who owns the school. They have no number. The e-mail address on their website bounces back. When I found e-mail addresses for 2 employees, they never responded.

On my son’s last day, they couldn’t find his sunscreen or bug spray, which they were supposed to be using on him, or his bag.
