REPAIRED TIRE PUNCTURE DUE TO NAIL FOR FREE !!!Unbelievable in this time and age. I do not know of anyone else who does that; even WALMART charges ten dollars to repair flat tire repair; PEPBOYS charges $20+; FIRESTONE charges $30+. I am so, so grateful and did it quite promptly too within half hour, without making me wait for hours at 427pm on 8-31-17. My kudos to salesperson 925, CARLOS J RAMOS-MORENO. I cannot say enough good things about him and this store.

I recently bought a set of tires for my car at the broadway and camino seco location. The boys working in the back put fourth effort I've never seen before. Excellent service thank you discount.

Made appointment, did not start for 1/2 after arrive, ask to re-balance - never did the balancing, , to much of a hurry, you talk to one person and he blow you off on another , so no one tell each other what is going on, but very quick to sell you tires and take your money

I have purchased several sets of tires for my vehicles through Discount Tires for years. I have always had great customer service, quality tires and paid very reasonable prices. I have also ordered recreational vehicle (golf cart, quads) tires from Discount...no additional fees added for ordering. I have purchased tires from various Discount Tire locations and my experience was always great, however, for the past 5 years I have made my purchases at the Broadway / Camino Seco location and to say the very least the service, customer service and friendliness is SUPERB!! Above and beyond expectations! To Sheldon (store manager), job well done with your store, yourself and your staff! Discount isn't just for our personal vehicles...but for the fun ones too. Thanks again.

They were able to get me in and out quickly which was wonderful considering I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old to entertain while waiting. They honored their warranty with no problems or hassle. My experience with Discount Tires was great! I have used them several times for my vehicles and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs to have their tires serviced!
