Terrible
I still have not got my belongings.
The worse part is that they promise a date to show or call and do neither. It has been six months and I have no idea where my things are or when to expect them.
I told Curtis that I would yelp him if I did not get an update which was promised Friday.
There was no call or email.
My mother died in June. They were very quick to take more money when I moved from my original address 3 mos ago but seem unable to get her things to me.
Robert, my initial contact is great, but he is not the one who arranges the moves. All I want is a call and update and this appears to be outside their range of professionalism.
I hate giving bad reviews, but I have told them I would do this if I did not hear back from them
