Wonderful staff and Dr. Barney is honest and caring. Office environment is very nice with live video monitors to watch while the doctor takes care of business.

So incredibly rude, greedy, and unprofessional. Do Not bring your kids here. They will try to get you to spend tons of money, then refuse you care if you don't choose to do what they want. Horrible immoral people.

My husband John and I have been going to Dr. Barney for several years. He and his staff run a top notch operation. They are always very nice and make you feel like more than just another patient. At one point we had to have some very costly work done and it actually cost equal to or less to go with Desert Dental than it did to go through the insurance we had and have to go to thier dentists which are someitmes very hard to get into never mind not very pleasant.###I have sent family and friends to Dr. Barney and they have all been very happy with everything they did.###I would refer people to him without any problems.###We wish them lots of success in their new office and can't wait to see it.###Can you imagine-happy to go to the Dentist- :):):)######Thank you again Desert Dental for everything.######John and Debbie Clark

Dr. Barney is a great dentist. He jokes with his patients & keeps it from being just another dental office. He makes it easy to relax when you're in the dental chair. Children love him too. I have seen a child crying in the waiting room because her mom had an appointment & she didn't. She was crying "I want to see Dr. Barney." He has the latest technology and does most of his own work. There are a lot of services he provides that most general dentists refer to specialists. The office will be moving to a bigger, nicer office in March 2008. If you're looking for a great dentist, this is the office for you. They are located in Rita Ranch.
