After months of research and dealing with local dealers in Phoenix and Gilbert and even one in Flagstaff we bought our 2013 Soul from Royal because when I asked a question I got an answer. Not passed off to another salesperson or manager. Oscar Delgado was our first and only point of contact throughout the entire process. The Kia dealer in Gilbert even said "Royal beat us this time." We drove down from Mesa on Saturday and the entire experience was relaxing. We are definitely going to recommend Royal to our family and friends in the Valley and Tucson. Thanks again Oscar.

I have been doing business with dealerships since the 1990's in metro Detroit, Casper, WY, and Tucson, AZ. Royal Kia is the best I have ever seen. The sales staff, management, parts and maintenance departments are as professional as I have ever seen. I just purchased a 2007 Kia Sorento and the options I was offered I felt like I was purchasing a brand new vehicle. My sales person made us feel at home and that we had all the time in the world to look at vehicles and discuss prices best suited for us. The other thing you will see is a professional environment between employees there no matter what department they are working in. They treat each other with kindness and respect which tells me people there care about their jobs and put forward their best effort in achieving customer satisfaction. If American automotive ever wants to recover they should learn how Royal Kia does business, how they treat their customers and most of all make them feel VALUED. My wife and I had given up on these things until yesterday when Royal Kia proved to us there is still a dealership that cares about its customers. We came to Royal KIA after being bombarded by the salesmen at Jim Click -- commission driven baboons-- we caught them in several lies regarding "Wait right here, I'll go ask my manager". But of course the manager knew nothing of the "deals" the salesman promised us. Just so sick of the circus act!When we arrived at Kia we were greeted by Oscar who explained that he wasn't on commission and was there to help us with any questions. The numbers on the car we were interested were presented to us in a professional manner and displayed in a spreadsheet---no magic act with the "manager"I just can't say enough about being treated like an intelligent human being and leaving with the quality of service and vehicle we were searching for! Thank you!

Lee Vaccaro and Ken Lewis made the Auto shopping experience as pleasant as this this type of shopping can be. The Kia Soul I purchased seems to be a great little car.

After purchasing a vehicle approximately 3 weeks ago, I find myself returning to purchase another one after being rear-ended and needing another vehicle. I had such a good experience the first time around, I didn't hesitate returning. Great buying experience with the least amount of stress I have ever experienced in buying a car.Hopefully this one will last a little longer, if not, I'll be back.

I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle. We hate the vehicle purchase process because of bad past experiences. Royal Kia was amazing! They were very patient and caring during the entire process. They let me test drive in a local park parking lot because I was sore and stressed about driving on the open road. They offered to bring different colors for the vehicle to the front so I wouldn't have to walk around as sore as I was. They took the time to help me program the bluetooth and showed me how to latch my kids booster seats properly into the vehicle. The entire process was easy, hassle free, and relatively painfree (only pain was my sore body from the accident!). I almost cried when the paperwork was done and they presented me with a dosen roses for purchasing a car from them. We will definately be going back for future vehicles.

Ken Lewis was a great person to do business with. He worked with me to find exactly what I needed and worked with the finance companies to make sure they could get me the car when I needed it.The car is a dream and I have had no problems at all.I would recommend Ken and the Royal KIA store to anyone looking for great service and a great car.

My wife and I just had the most pleasant visit to a dealership ever. From the time we were greated in the parking lot to the close of the sale the Royal Kia staff were outstanding. Our sales person was Kevin. We also met the sales manager Trey ( so professional), both gentleman went out of their way to explain the dealership business philosphy. We were so impressed with the no hassle pricing and no pressure to purchase add on's. We are happy we chose this dealer for our new car purchase and have already been spreading the word about the good folks at Royal Kia. Thank you.

I just purchased a Brand New 2011 KIA SOUL White Tiger Limited Edition and absolutely love it. The entire buying experience was very stress free and easy. We took our time with our decision and never felt pressured. This is our third KIA purchase from Royal. We had been pre approved by our bank, but the Finance Manager, Mr. Todd, was able to completely beat those terms. Our Salesperson, Kiersten Carillo, was nothing less than exceptional. We keep coming back to Royal for these reasons, not to leave out the Service Department; looking forward to the regular maintenance. Thank you again Royal KIA!

My whole experience in buying my Kia Sorento was extremely positive. Other dealerships I had recently visited was very confusing to me. Two or three salemans would attempt to pressure me to buy with the wheel and deal approach. At Royal our saleman the atmosphere was completely differently. I felt no stress and my saleman exhibited extreme professionalism. Thank you again for a pleasant and rewarding experience. PS... I love my SUV.

I have looked for a car for weeks with my daughter. We felt the stress and panic of dealing with all the salesmen at the Automall. I had never been to Royal Kia before, but we knew the value of their cars. We stopped in, met Ken Lewis, and he was so nice, and didn't put any stress on us. We left to go look at some other cars we had planned to see...and....after a long, stressful day...we came back to Ken....and my daughter found the car she couldn't live without! :) Ken was great! Absolutely NO pressure. The best part....is that after 6 weeks of searching, we not only found the BEST car...but it was the least expensive and had the least mileage of them all. My boss sent me to Royal KIA because he said he had a great buying experience saying the people were very nice. I thought I'd better stop there first and am glad I did. Kiersten Carrillo came out to meet me as I walked up to the Soul that caught my eye. She was very friendly and caring and we spoke like we'd known each other for years. I purchased there because of her professionalism and great knowledge on the vehicle I was looking at. I'll reccomend my friends come by Royal Kia (Tucson) for their next vehicle. I am very happy! They had the car I wanted, and at a reasonable price! It was in tip top condition, free car fax, and inspection report. No funny business (expensive financing, dealer extras), I felt like the sales consultant (Ken) treated me as a valued customer. Will come back, maybe for a new Kia in when the Honda dies.

My Wife and I have been dealing with Royal Kia since 1999. We have purchased six cars from them. We have also sent 15 people to Royal Kia and they all have bought a vehicle from them. We dealt with John Littlefield, Trey Jefferson the sales manager and Rich Mueller, they are outstanding people and really care about their customers. I have never had a issue of any kind with the dealership or the staff. My wife and I definitely recommend Royal Kia to anyone who is searching for a vehicle.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. In and out without a hassle! The Kia Soul was a wonderful drive and with a 10 year warranty, I feel it will be a solid purchase. I'll definitely send all my friends and family to Royal Kia!
