I am a property manager in Tucson. I have used D & B Garage Doors occasionally throughout many years. Brad is very professional and his prices are very reasonable. D & B has a great reputation throughout the property management community. I never hesitate to recommend this fantastic local business.

We called Brad to ask for service. The garage door he installed five years ago got stuck. Turns out one of our golf clubs got stuck. He showed up, showed us the problem and fixed it in a couple of minutes. And he refused to charge us for the service call he was entitled to.

I received excellent service and very reasonable rate for garage door service. Our door stopped working and the owner came right out, which I really appreciated. He figured out the issue in just a few minutes and didn’t try to oversell. He’s definitely a straight shooter and you’ll pay less than with some of the larger companies around town. My dear friend had the misfortune of having a near run in with the owner himself in his company vehicle on 22nd St. He nearly rear ended her with her children in the car. As if that was not scary enough he proceeded to get out of his company vehicle at the red light, and pound angrily on her windows to scream at her! in the middle of the intersection! She called the company to complain only to find that it was owner himself who was acting like a total lunatic! I can’t say much about their product. But as far as I’m concerned I would NEVER want anyone with that type of TEMPER in my home. This man seems unstable and if he is out in the community representing his company with that type of behavior over something so small, I can’t imagine how he would compose himself when there is money involved. You’d be best to avoid such violent people.

d and b garage doors is an excellant company. he saved me tons of money on being able to repair my door, instead of having to buy a new one. door seems to work better than it ever has. thanks d & b!

I have never meet any contractor that was so high strung. He took his cow boy boots and walked so hard I thought he would make holes in my floor. He was so rude and I could not believe this man is in business. Brad has to be the worst business man I have ever come meet. I know many cow boys being born in Texas and he really needs to learn how to walk in a boot or get some good shoes with rubber soles.He was a scary man. Make sure you have someone with you if you ever (have) to have him around you...bewareVery unhappy to have meet this man.................
