I called Crystal Tech to come out and provide me with some updates to my outdated system. I received excellent advise from Sharky. He was out the next day to install my new IAqualink upgrade. I am extremely happy with his knowledge and courteousness. He is an excellent representation of Crystal Tech. Peter G

My experience with Crystal Tech has only been related to warranty work on my iAqua Link system pool automation controls. The system failed after a few months of service and was under warranty. The service technician validated it was a bad board and said they would order a replacement that afternoon. In the interim we bypassed the board so we could continue filter and to maintain the water quality. A week later there was no response from Crystal Tech so I call them and left a message requesting an update. Although there message says they would return the call promptly there was no return call. I continued to call daily, leave messages and no response. Finally they did pick up a call I placed and said the new part was expected that afternoon. Days passed and calls were not returned. Eventually we contacted the manufacturer representative and he said the part had never been ordered and he ordered it. A few days later the Crystal Tech service technician installed the new board. I told him we had bypassed the filter pump and the leads needed to be reconnected. All seemed to be working until we tried to heat the spa. The leads had not been reconnected so there was no power to the heater. Although the system is finally working weeks after being reported, the lack or returned phone calls and the lack of attention to detail by the service technician necessitated this review. I have never written a review like this in the past, but I thought important to alert other customers to my situation.
