Provided by YP.comCame 7.5 hours late, without elementary business courtesy of notification of running late !! Made appointment for 8 am, turned up at 330pm !! I gave twice complete details of job over phone yet took one look at my window and said they do not do such jobs. Could have just said that over phone and save myself and themselves a lot of hassle. Incompetent and very unreliable.
