Dr. Compton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and M.D. from Wayne State University. He completed his internship and residency at General Surgery at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland. He also completed his fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Compton’s training includes both traditional open vascular surgery as well as less invasive endovascular techniques, and he has practiced vascular surgery in Tucson since 2005. In his spare time, Dr. Compton enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and their twin boys.
