"After going back to the store and advising the sales clerk that I had twice been sold empty HP61 ink cartridges, he laughed at me and said, "No you weren't". Wow. Nice. The first time it happened I was told they couldn't do anything about it because there was no sticker on the side showing when I bought it. I accepted that and I bought a new one as a back up. Opened it up this morning after purchasing it in February, guess what? It's empty and guess what, this one doesn't have a date sticker on it either. So I'm screwed, again. I try to shop locally owned businesses, but they just lost a customer. Too bad too, I had over a $100 worth of ink cartridges to refill today."

This place is great! The young man working the counter was quick and friendly. I saved over $20 on my Canon black and color cartridges over the price I usually pay at Wal Mart! Also, the cartridges I purchased from Cartridge world must contain more ink as I am producing many more pages now from one cartridge. My printer does say that it is out of ink when it is not, but there was an informative paper that came with my cartridges that predicted it would say this and to ignore. I have no problem with this as my printer would normally tell me I was low on ink long before I actually was even when I used the brand name cartridges. I would definitely recommend this business for their friendliness, efficiency and high quality products at a very affordable price while contributing to the improvement of our economy!
