I love their burgers and milkshakes however I cannot handle the freezing ice cold temps they keep the restaurant at.. I like Carl's Jr for a late night burger. This location is really bad though. This is the closest location from my house, and I've gone here often since living in the area. But I'm irritated enough now to write a review. One time, at the longest, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for an order in the drive thru. And most times they are so slow I just turn off my truck. I'd say 4 out of 5 times they forget something from your order. You don't realize it till you get home (in a hurry), you expect it to be correct, and don't bother checking your bag. Things that happen often: Chili cheese fries missing cheese. Missing dipping sauce (nearly 100% of the time). Stale fries. Ordered double burger, got single. Breading still raw on chickenstrips. Stale bread on burgers. Large drinks are 90% ice. I usually don't care too much, I just want some food. But this happens too often. For Carl's Jr's higher priced food I would expect to get what I ordered. This location is not worth it. Avoid!!
