I cannot recommend Canyon Auto enough.

I had been looking for the very cute Fiat 500, 1957 edition, for quite some time and had lost hope of finding it until about a month ago, when cars.com alerted me that Canyon Auto had this model.

Let me begin by saying that if there is an award for best auto sales rep of the year, it should definitely go to Mr. Steve Griffiths.

Mr. Steve is honest, straight-forward, dedicated, and available. From being available to speak with my husband and I, to mailing important documents overnight, to knowledgeably speaking about the features and mechanic characteristics of the car, Mr. Steve made the experience of buying a car from Canyon Auto, in Arizona, and bringing it to Colorado, where I am located, an incredibly smooth one. Canyon Auto not only made this process incredibly efficient, but they also made the experience of purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable (I have experienced some strong predatory behavior in other dealerships when looking for vehicles in the past and Canyon had no ounce of this).

If you are looking for a vehicle, Canyon is undoubtedly where you need to go!

Dealer did not honor the KBB trade in value. Very poor customer service. I felt uncomfortable during the whole process and really did feel like was getting taken on price of vehicle. One representative didn't even listen to our counter offer another agent had to step in and try to bargin back and forth. They do not offer fair KBB pricing for trade in. They spray paint the undercarriage so you don't notice the wear and tear of the vehicles life. They did get over spray onto the vehicle as well and it was still wet while viewing the car. They say they will have it fueled up and ready for you to test drive and it was on almost empty. All in all I felt uncomfortable the entire time and definitely felt an unwillingness to value customer service. They also make you pay for the minimum warranty for the used vehicle. They don't even insure their so called,"reconditioning," of the vehicles with a warranty. Watch your contract as wellwe were over charged twice.

Thank you so ,much for your help in finding and purchasing my dream car! I always imagined that purchasing my first car would be a pain, but the team at Canyon Auto sales proved me wrong. Thank you again fro everything I will be coming back for any future purchases.

Just gotta say that I love the 90 day 3000 mile warranty very good touch lets me know you guys are confident about what you sell.
