Could not be happier. My salesperson knew exactly what they were talking about and the delivery guys were the best we have ever had.

I bought a couch from bretts, had problems with it from day one. it is a leather flexsteel. They asked me if I wanted to but a warranty, the owner josh said it covers every thing from cracks, color and anything that could go wrong with it for 5 years, well have had problems with it the leather stretching out on the back .And color coming off when cleaning it with mild soap and water . Talked to them they will not cover it , they told me I had to but the leather kit from them in order for them to warranty it which they did say that when I was there. ( they mailed the warranty 2 weeks later). I called Flexsteel and they told me that they DO NOT RECOMMEND cleaning or conditing of any types. Will not buy ANYTHING from bretts again!! THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOU A WARRANTY AND NOTHING IS REAL COVER IN IT LIKE THEY SAID it would be. The management in not that nice when you have a problem, BEWARE OF THIS STORE, spend your money somewere else.

I thank you for offering a good product with decent pricing. It is really hard to find good quality businesses today that are in it for the right reasons. I appreciate your time and business. Impressed from the beginning to the end. After returning poor quality furniture from another store we went to Brett's. The staff actually knew about leather furniture. They delivered what they promised on time with no problems. My neighbor that purchased from them told us about them. Glad they did.

Got a flexsteel recliner, came in three weeks. Perfect condtion. Happy Customer

We shopped around for two years and found brett. They had a very large selection of good leather furniture instead off most of the junk we found elsewhere. It came quickly, was in great condition, and the delivery guys were very careful not to scratch our concrete floors. They even put felt on the bottom of the feet of the furniture.

We got a Brett Signature piece. We were very happy with the quality and the delivery personnel.

We received our furniture today. Saleswoman was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The furniture came early and the delivery guys were great. Will buy here again.

Everything was fine until I went back to obtain service on a chair I had purchased with an extended warranty (leather cracked). No go. The warranty company had gone out of business & Bret Interiors declined to offer any assistance in the matter. I left them a copy of my warranty and receipt to prove I was within the warranty period. I never heard from again.Now the base of the chair (steel) cracked and nobody can sit in the chair.I will not go back even though I am looking to replace not only the recliner, but all of my living room furniture.A $70 repair cost them thousands.

Very happy with the quality. This was our first time buying leather and Josh at Brett Interiors took the time to really explain what to look for when buying furniture. He said they were family owned for 30 some odd years. We really got the feeling that he was looking out for our needs and not just trying to make a sale. The furniture turned out excellent and the delivery guys were surprisingly helpful and nice. They took time and arranged it to where it looked best in the room. We have had other places basically throw the furniture in the room and say sign here.
