If no stars were an option, that would be my choice. The company was 2 hours late delivering the jumping castle, after having been told it would be there at 11:45. Our party started at 1, the castle showed up finally at 1:45. I tried calling numerous times and was told I would get a call back with an update and they didn't return calls. They also stopped answering the phones. When I finally reached the delivery driver, he was very rude about being late questioning me as to whether or not I still wanted the castle and he was still a half hour away! EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will never do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone I know.

Bernal Party Rentals is the best place to get all you need for parties they have the most clean equipmets and they are also a friendly people...they have everything like dj services,tables,chairs,dance floors,decorationes for especial events,service of food, and they have the better prices in tucson az

I must say I was very impressed with Bernals party rental co.. their customer service skills are awesome and their prices were very affordable and reasonable. The owner himself was willing to wait for me because i was running late even though he was supposed to be closed. he delivered on time, and was nice enough to give me more time with the Tables and Chairs so that my family and friends could be comfterble at the party. I was very satisfied with this company. I hadnt had a good expirience like that with any other party rental company! keep up the Great work!
