B & J Refrigeration is the best HVAC company I have dealt with in Tucson, and I have had with many. We recently built a casita, and chose a split system for the small space. It looks amazing, is very efficient and easy to operate. Tony and Martin, showed up when they said they would, were professional, courteous and patient with all of my questions. They explained every step of the installation inside and outside of the house. Love this company. B & J delivers.

My air conditioner fan made a horrible noise and then wouldn't come on. B& J's Nick was at my house within 40 minutes of my phone call. He was very neat, well-mannered, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. I did not get any sales pitch for an expensive new energy efficient air conditioner as I have with every other simple service call from other companies. Within 30 minutes he had identified the problem and fixed it and it was up and running for a very reasonable price. I love it when you can tell you're getting the absolute straight story and no BS from a service company. They're hard to find. (And my air conditioners are 12 years old--so he could easily have tried to give me the sales pitch. When I do have to replace them--I will definitely call B&Js).

joe came to the house on time and early cleanned and inspected the unit and showed me the problems with his phone smooth touch cause I can't get up on the roof. He programmed in the temp for my clock day and night put in new filter and cleanned the fins. Very hard worker thanks Band J will use your services in the future.
