Live stock were dead, plants were mush, shipping on a $75 order was $103. Wont respoind to supposed refund for in store products, no emails, calls. Should have checked ratings first.

This is my first experience ordering live product on the internet. My main reason for using the internet for purchasing aquatic plants was the lack and depth of product in my local market. I think plastic plants look cheesy and they seem to be what most stores are offering. A simple search gave me several options and I chose Arizona Aquatic Gardens because of the professional site, the range of product, the information provided, the guarantee and the prices. Rather than place my order on the internet, I chose to call direct and talk to a live person. I found them to be easy to talk to and very helpful. My experience has been great! The plants were eveything expected and more. I then placed a livestock order: fish, shrimp and snails. There was minimal mortality on the shipment received and a credit was promply issued, no questions asked. I have just placed my third order and can't wait to receive it. I highly recommend this vendor.
