The night I was put on oxygen a man from Apria showed up with a concentrator, said "Its easy to figure out." and left. I wore the canula wrong for months! No one ever showed up to do maintenance on the machine or to pick up empty cylinders. My phone calls to the business resulted in many promises but no action. If I had back all the time I have spent waiting for Apria to show up I would easily have a three week vacation. The best advice I can give them to improve their service is DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS. Second would be to give the customer your first and last name so they can find you again. I once waited three months for supplies like tubing and canulas. I finally suggested they just send it to me by FedEx, which they did. I would strongly advise everyone to not go with this company. My doctor chose them but I have to have the insurance company's approval before I can change to a company who actually lives up to their promises
