Applied Physical Medicine (APM) is a physical therapy clinic in Tucson, AZ. Beginning in 2013 as a home-based private practice specializing in Manual Therapy and wellness. Today, we are a manual therapy-focused clinic, founded on two basic principles: We provide outstanding treatment to address the underlying cause of pain in each patient, by holistically evaluating their needs and developing a unique plan of care. I didn't think it would work.

My shoulder was weak, unstable and the pain was pretty much constant. After seeing the PT here and following instructions for stuff to do at home, I am able to use my shoulder normally with no pain. I always felt welcome at Tygiel and got all my questions answered.

Tygiel Physical Therapy staff was great. The staff in front and back were all so nice and always happy! You don't find that at too many offices these days! They got my headaches under control and I am very thankful to them for such wonderful and professional care!

Outstanding care for my low back. They were kind, considerate, professional and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed my condition when nobody else could and then really helped me get better. Best care I ever had.
