We got our kitten ����spayed here last summer and did not have any problems with her surgery or her healing. No infection or discomfort exhibited for our cat.�������� Service was in & out the same date.���� Staff were friendly & professional for the atmosphere. We came here after our family recommended ABC. If we need to come back in the future we will. Thanks team at ABC! Great job! ����

they butchered a neighbors dog on a simple nutter, no dog needs a 10 inch incision for that and the BS response about the after care being at fault are untrue they just don't want to admit that they messed up. be aware you get what you pay for lies and excuses

I recently moved here and was looking for a place for shots for my cats. I found Animal Birth Control and decided to give it a try. I took my cats into the clinic and was amazing at the amount of people that were already there to get shots. The staff greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. Even though it was very busy I was in and out in great time. I was very pleased to see that a place with so many animals and people were able to keep things in order and have great customer service. I will continue to use ABC.

After reading the reviews, it is clear to me that this place was once a good business in Tucson, but not anymore!!!



Some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed or experienced! The owner, Shane (female) is a real piece of work to boot!



When I called her, she blamed my wife and myself for all of her problems! What a joke!!! Go anywhere else! Avoid at all costs, they don't care!!!



Instead of giving my puppy shots, they ran me off because they didn't have time. Optionally, I could wait endlessly and 'see' if they could squeeze me in! No thanks. Shane pretended like she cared in the beginning, but then quickly changed her story! She is rude and it is clear that her staffs lousy attitudes stem from her lousy attitude!!!

You get what you pay for. Typically these clinics see a lot of animals, to the detriment of your local veterinarian. What you pay does not cover the costs of the clinic. They are ususally funded from other sources. Donations, etc. While the local veterinarian has to charge more when your animal does get sick.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! i no from experience mangement is RUDE the receptionist have way more respect for customers than mangement does! they dont return calls, and ive heard them laughing at me in the back!! there is no one to speak with except TAMMY and she has the worst customer service skills ever!!! The prices are cheap but so is the service!!!! ive also seen deliverys dropped off that say to refergeate upon arrival and the boxes sat out for over an hour i hope those are not the shots they give my dogs! I would not recommend to anyone until they get new mangement!!

You have to be there by 1:30pm and sign in so you can be one of the first to get out. Otherwise you'll be there forever. They are nice, and really are cheap!

Did a great job with my cats... They didn't even seem traumatized at all after getting nuetered.
