I will keep this short, but I had a hell of a time at my previous shop after pouring a ton of money into that shop and they could never fix my overheating issue, anyways I brought my car into AMS and they fixed in 6 days what my old shop couldn't fix in almost a year. I highly recommend AMS to anyone in need of good auto care.

On Dec 27, 2016 my wife and I were traveling from Missouri to Mexico when I lost the transfer case on my 1996 Chev K1500 about 20 mi east of Tucson. We found Joe and Shelly at AMS and the minute I arrived they put it on a lift (had to take another car down). They did everything they possibly could to find a used one to get me back on the road but they are rare for manual transmissions. I ended up leaving the truck with them while they totally rebuilt the transfer case. Shelly took us to the airport (we love Shelly, an "automotive gal" all the way!) I have now driven it many miles and am totally satisfied with the service, price, and results. I am blessed to have found a shop that did NOT take advantage of a stranded traveler. Not many of these left around!

This was a great shop. They were so helpful. I thought I was going to have a major bill. They were very honest. The problem was not what another shop told me, and AMS Transmission fixed the problem. I am so thankful for honest people. Denise
