I give these jokers no rating, they do not even deserve any stars! I brought my new ms250 chainsaw in for a carb fix and it's first chain sharpening, they said instead of repairing my carb for me to just buy a new carb, we'll I agreed. When I picked my saw up they told me they just fixed the carb, I tried it once and it won't run. I got it running and the chain was spitting out dust and will not cut,out of frustration I put it up till next season, I tried to start it to cut wood and would not run! I checked the mix screws low side was 4 turns out the high side was closed! Also I found that the reason it would not cut was the original chain was missing and a different chain was on the saw AND the chain was on backwards!!! I feel as though these people are in incompetent and untruthful,also I'm sure if they read this they will still do nothing again and prob bill me for it too!
