Always Open and Shut Garage Door Service was assigned as my vendor by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. The technician briefly did some trouble shooting and I feel he hardly made any attempts to find a resolution. The technician directed me to go buy a new garage door opener at either Home Deport or Lowe's and that Always Open and Shut Garage Door Service would install it for $150.00. I can't imagine the liability issues in this scenario. In the event something goes wrong with the garage door opener in the future, who is to blame? Always Open and Shut Garage Door Service, American Home Shield, Home Deport/Lowe's, or the manufacturer of the garage door opener? I was disappointed that the issue was not resolved in an honest and reasonable manner.

GREAT reliable service at a great price. They are wonderful. We have used them before and would use again.

I called on a Thursday at 9am to get a service call for a Replacement Spring. I was told that they won't be servicing my area till Monday the Soonest. I guess they expect me to keep my Car Locked in the Garage for 4 days.

We received wonderful service by this company. We were so impressed that we have hired them to fix the garage door at our rental property also. The staff was friendly and was able to get William out very quickly. The cost was low and the work an A+. Thank you! Sam Azula

Call these folks before anyone else! Our two doors (one large, one small) needed adjusting badly. We are sticklers for good quality and have found it hard to find that in Tucson. We were not satisfied with the original installers and sought to find another company to do our future work. Always Open and Shut was recommended by a competitor who did not service the southwest section. After checking the ROC for any issues raised by their customers, we found they had a flawless record, so an appointment was scheduled. Yoel was on time and was quickly labeled a "wizard problem solver"! No hard sales pitch, just sound advice and expertise. We have now found who will be servicing our garage door needs for the future!!

Amazing! Called 3 Tucson area Garage Door Companies to come out and fix my door that was just buzzing. The first and second company told me that my whole opener had to be replaced and that my opener was too old to repair and that i need a brand new one, Always open & shut came and they repaired my old non working unrepearable door and a very low cost, and even lubed up my 2nd too! Like i said, AMAZING!!!

Yoel came on time, gave the garage door a tune up, resolved the problem I had and thoroughly tested and adjusted, until it worked perfectly.

We called early in the day and asked for service on a broken spring for our garage door and they called me back when they had their schedule made and gave me a time frame that they would be there. Yoel, the technician, showed up within the time frame and accessed the job that needed to be done, made a couple of recommendations and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. He finished the work and explained everything that he had done and my garage door is quieter than it's ever been and operates very smoothly! I'm thrilled with the technician, the service and the price!

We have an older home and one day, our garage door was hanging off the rail on one side. This quickly progressed to the whole thing coming down. Always Open and Shut came out the same day and worked very hard to get our garage door back up. They did a great job and their pricing was very reasonable. I would use them again, no question!

Oh my gosh. I was in a pinch today & my opener was running but would not pick up my door. I called Always Open and they were able to come out same day & fix my issue. There was a medium size sprocket inside the motor that stripped out. I could not use my door & my car was trapped. What a helpless felling that was. I was so impressed with the fast & efficient service I received. Thank you Always Open!!!!

My door would not open and their tech came right out and fixed my problem same day! The tech was very knowledgable, courtous and quick. I will never forget my experiance. It's hard to find a great co. like this one!

My garage door would not go down and I was in a panic. I called Always Open and Shut and they came out same day,after hours to help me. It seemed to be a simple fix, but I had no idea what to do. The service man happened to be the owner and he was polite and professional and explained exactly what he did to fix the problem. I was greatful to have the issue fixed so quickly.

I had a broken spring on my garage door and could not get out. Always Open & Shut Garage Door came out same day to fix my spring. I was afraid they would not have the right spring to fit my door,but they did. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the service man.
