This place looks beautiful on the outside but is rotten to the core. Management staff is friendly enough but whoever handles the finances here is incompetent. They supposedly have a "corporate office" in San Diego but they are only a property management company and have no idea what goes on here financially let alone regarding relations with tenants. I have lived here for six months and have had countless problems with missing money, harassment and bullying....not to mention they never even gave me a copy of the lease alone rent receipts. They are unable to cash checks on time, sporadically hold payments, then claim some story about "late fees." Office staff sends security/maintenance as errand boys to leave menacing notes on doors and bully tenants when they see fit.

The "free satellite tv" has not worked from day one, office staff told me that my brand new, less than a year old televisions were defective and that I'D HAVE TO PAY A DISH TV SERVICEMAN to come out and fix it. The water just randomly shuts off and takes forever to heat up. The heat was continually turned off on the main swimming pool, hot tubs locked up and closed for weeks on end when they work at all (they claimed they are "waiting for parts" to repair the hot tub.....yeah for six months?!), volleyball courts never had any nets and the racquetball court has been LOCKED UP the whole time I've lived here. They used to lock the laundry rooms at 10pm (even with your clothing inside!) until the past month when they gave tenants keys. The fitness center has also been closed the duration of the time that I have lived here, they recently reopened it but expect tenants to check out keys during office hours only (when most people work!). You never know where your mail and packages go, wild children run screaming throughout the complex all hours of the day/night, there is dog feces everywhere and the "security" is just a guy on a bicycle that doesn't even help when you need it. The landscaping is ridiculous, they drill, bang and saw starting at 7am, not to mention constant noise from lawn blowers and trimmers. The whole time I have lived here has had a "big brother is watching" type of feeling. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR LAWYER THE TROUBLE, LIVE ELSEWHERE!
