Richard had his foreman at our house within 30 minutes of the call and a quote 15 minutes later. The next morning he and his team were at the house early and got the job done amazingly. In addition they beat their quoted time by 18 hours! Great service! Will definitely be using them again.

Richard and crew arrived on a Saturday morning to offer a price quote tree trimming, and had tools in hand ready to go. We agreed on a fair price and they got to work immediately. The job was completed quickly and professionally. I would definitely call them back again.

Cuidad Natal Condo Association had Richard Jolley inspect 2 damaged citrus trees damaged by the freeze...we thought they were dead...somehow he revived them...On one of the trees we had 8 ft. of new growth. The condo association has been delighted by his work.

Work was great the first time and reasonable so I called them when I had a tree down in my back yard. They came and cut it up and cleaned up and charged me a much higher rate than I had expected. Compared to others later, it was twice as much as reasonable. When I checked after they left, the tree root is still in the ground and sticking out a little.They do great work but you need to keep an eye on them and get pricing and compare BEFORE THEY COME.

The first time they came it was amazing and they did a great job. They did a good job this time too, but this time they came and I thought I could have them do it without getting the price first, but once they were here , their price was high.Need to make sure you get the price BEFORE they come and make sure you get others to compare to.

Richard Jolley has done excellent work for us. He always exceeds our expectations. Highly recommended for tree trimming and removal and yard maintenance.

Highly recommended because this company was affordable, flexible, friendly, and accessible to Green Valley, AZ. I would recommend their excellent service to anyone needing tree service. They even trimmed some extra foilage around my tree and cleaned up promptly. Just knowing that I won't have to worry about trimming that enormous tree for the rest of the year is a huge relief. I would definitely recommend Affordable Southwest. Richard came out New Years Eve for a last-minute estimate and then did the work the next morning. The gentlemen are professional, courteous, and confident in their work. They arrived 15 minutes early and started promptly. They continued to check in with me throughout the job to make sure I was satisfied. I particularly like that Richard operates a licensed business, with insurance, and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). He has definitely earned it!

Branches from trees and palm fronds from neighbors' and my own property were dangerously threatening breaking and/or damaging power, telephone and computer lines to our homes. Rich Jolly and Joe promptly came to our homes to see what needed to be done, negotiated a fair price, and returned in less than 24 hours to complete their task. I was completely satisfied with their work. They were, with assistant Ruben, totally courteous and friendly in doing their professional work. They worked as an efficient team, cleaning up, and hauling off the debris to the dump. I will definitely call them back to do other work on my mid-town residential property. I have other serious tree work for them to do that would be impossible for me to do as well as they do. They are genuine professionals. It was a pleasure to watch them work for 5 hours displaying their skills. If you were my best friends, I would recommend them to you!

Richard, Joe, and Rubin did a great job for us removing numerous cactus and tree trimming. There prompt, friendly service was just great. We will definitely call them again.

My large mesquite tree developed some pretty serious cracks and was in danger of falling apart. Mr. Jolly and another man (sorry I forget his name) came out the following day. They spent many hours on my tree and were able to save it by cutting and cabling. They cleaned up my yard and other than the thinned out tree, I never would have known they were there. Both men were very pleasant to deal with and taught me a lot about future tree maintenance. I recommend their service and will use them again in the future.

Affordable Southwest recently trimmed a large tree and removed a smaller tree from our front yard. Richard was very quick to return my calls and scheduled for the following day. The project was done for a fair price, Richard was very polite, and they were very good about clearing all the debris. We are very pleased with work and would utilize Affordable Southwest Yard and Tree in the future.

I was very pleased with the work performed at my property in Tuscon.
