About a month ago, I went into this particular Ace Hardware store, because I had a difficult problem with a weed wacker that I'd gotten there about a year prior. I was in the store a good half an hour, during which time about 4 different employees were working on trying to help me. Without going into detail, I'll tell you that in most stores, they would have just shaken their head and said "sorry." But the employees at Ace gave it their all, and ultimately the matter was resolved by the on duty manager, Cheryl S., who made arrangements for an exchange. The willingness of the employees to help in any way that they could, in terms of hands on help with the machine, customer service, and being willing to arrange an exchange are the reason that I shop there. That kind of personal attention is rarely found anywhere these days, and I really want to acknowledge the staff of Ace Hardware in general, and this location in particular.

Great hardware store with a myriad of hardware. The people in this store are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finding someone to assist you is a "piece of cake". I highly recommend Al's Ace Hardware. The selection seems endless. The people are what really make this store a great place. The prices are competitive and the service is outstanding. What else could you ask?
