I would like to thank you for the Starbucks gift card. The gift card was used at our Chili Cook Off, benefiting Tee Up for Tots, as a raffle prize. Having a great company that provides excellent services involved was great. Again, thank you for your generosity. It all went to a great cause.

I called several different tinting places to get quotes for my 2012 Chrysler 200 that we jut got from the dealership. This was the place the salesman recommended we go. The quote they gave me was by far the best I came across so I set up an appointment. I work a lot and only have Mondays off and I was able to call on Saturday and get in at 9 a.m. sharp Monday morning so I was definitely thrilled about that. They told me when i set up the appointment that it would only take an hour and half to two hours to complete so I planned my day according to that time frame. We arrived there about 15 minutes till 9 and when all was said and done we didn't leave until just after 1 o clock. You could imagine my disappointment with this if they would have been up front with me about the timing i would of been more ok with it because i could of planned for it. That was just this morning we are very pleased with the quality of the job that was done and the staff there was really cool and understanding

The windshield was the wrong windshield (I was expecting OEM glass), and they replaced the 4 inch bluish tint strip with an 8 inch black monstrosity. I talked to the dealership right away and told them that everything was incorrect. After many, many phone calls nothing was resolved. I went and met with AA owner, Hector and he yelled at me and told me that I was wrong and everything he did was right. He didn't listen to my complaints and just yelled. After having my husband (who was deployed through all of this) step in and talk to Hector, it took over 6 months to only get the tint strip replaced with something more reasonable. Not even a month after AA fixed it, the windshield cracked due to too much stress on the window. I wouldn't recommend AA to my worst enemy.

Took them much too long, glass never aligned correctly, broke parts in my door panel, broke my door handle, denied they were at fault & refused to fix. Incompetent crooks

Yes....its true, this place is cheap. Now let me tell you why....They do extremely horrible work. I paid $130.00 to get winshield replaced and ended up having to take it back 3 times. They ruined the weather stripping, and said it wasnt there fault. Obviously, it was, I took it in in perfect condition, Also they didnt replace it properly, I was driving down the road the day after i got it back and the entire top section came flying off. Also, I dont think they even used the correct size of glass, and i believe that is why we are having such difficulty with the weather stripping. I highly suggest you do not take your business to this company, unless you are looking for half assed work. I wouldnt even call it half assed honestly. They are horrible and obviosly I hope to save other consumers the hassle of dealing with this company, and that is why Im taking the time out to write this. It may be cheaper, but its not worth it. Also is dangerous!!!Please take heed to warning.

Ok so I go to this place to get my windshield repaired. End up agreeing on getting 2 other windows replaced as well. We discussed and I was promissed OEM glass! part way through I go to check on how things were going only to see them trying to put the crappiest glass I ever seen in my $30,000 truck! I told the manager" Hey whats going on?" he said someone screwed up and he promises to make it right and install the Carlite glass as promised. I told him ok and left. when I returned I still didnt even have the glass promised. After spending the day there I was pissed and just wanted to go. because windows were tinted I was informed not to roll them down for 3 days. 1st time I rolled them down the window fell! then I realized my molding wasnt properly replaced I had gobbs of glue seeping inside my truck and they chipped my paint! When I called about this I was told by the owner that his 24hr shop is closed for the weekend and Im out of luck till tuesday! The owner himself is a liar!
