Run! This company sold us a refurbished unit and when I last called the office manager had to wade through a litany of complaints and repairs they had about this unit. Recently they sent a Supervisor to examine my system to try and determine why (again) it is running about five degrees above what it is set to. Trust me, you don't want this kind of consistent trouble with your Air Conditioner in Arizona in June! The supervisor - apologist - excuse maker said they would send out someone to get under my house and examine the ducts...and charge me 150 dollars! He also mentioned that the unit they sold us was not the same type that this house had before...meaning, clearly, that they sold us the wrong kind of unit. We are now consulting an Attorney. Buyer Beware, don't go there. A C Smart will stall and delay and never admit fault. When you have to turn to an attorney you will know, as we do, that you made an awful choice!
