Provided by YP.comWe had a major failure issue with our house's AC in the middle of the night. A smell was coming from the vents so we turned the unit off, called J. Naia HVAC/R the next morning and explained what we experienced. They knew exactly what wrong right away and were at our front door with the parts just after lunch that same day. Thankfully (as it was a 90 degree day) our unit was repaired and running a couple hours later, . This company and technicians are really great. They take the time to explain what they are doing and review costs up front. 5 STARS
