- First cleaning, everything gets touched in your home unless its told to us not to touch it and/or if there is clutter. We don't clean inside ovens or fridges and don't clean windows, only spot check them. Whatever your estimate price is, we would add another $25 to it for the first cleaning and we will spend between 6 - 8 hours in your home . after the first heavy cleaning, you will have a fixed rate that won't change whether your weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. you can also tell us what rooms you want us to focus more on. pets are an extra $10 also
