This property is dirty. My neighbors throw their garbage off of their balcony, which is in the rear

This property is dirty. My neighbors throw their garbage off of their balcony, which is in the rear of the building and not visible to potential renters, so it takes months to be cleaned up. Another neighbor walks her dog by my front door, so he can do his business, and i can enjoy it later. The staff is very friendly and full of smiles, and make all kinds of promises to quiet any complaints, but never keep them. The maintenance crew rarely responds in a timely manner to any maintenance problems, and leave their trash lying about also. I am very unhappy with the service I receive from Somerset at the Crossings.
