I ordered a pellet stove from Home Depot and for whatever reason, YRC Freight dropped it off to Lile to deliver because they supposedly offer white glove service (they don't and we didn't need it anyway). The problem I have with Lile is that they only answered their phone twice, forcing me to leave multiple messages that were never returned. They had my pellet stove for more than three weeks and would not deliver it. When I said I was coming to pick it up, they were all of a sudden going to deliver it the same day so I didn't go and they did not deliver. I ended up taking two days off work when I was supposed to be getting the delivery and both times it didn't come. Keep in mind for me to go get it is a 3.5 hour drive ONE WAY! Now they are not calling me back and I don't even know if they have my pellet stove at this point. I want my stove, where is it!? Horrible customer service, the worst I've ever encountered from a supposed professional company. Your advertising as "women owned and operated" is giving a really bad name to women, which as hard working woman, I do not appreciate!! I had to give one star but if it was an option I would give zero!
