I have never been to a place like this before... The cuisine, the atmosphere, the staff, the selection, the prices... I have actually had 4 meals there in 2 days. I wanted everyone I know to try this place, and didn't want to miss out on a reason to go again. I love the feel of a mom and pop operation... and the owner, "Chef Shan", comes out, introduces himself, and talks to you about your meal. Also, being a car enthusiast, he explained the background of the name of the restaurant. Go in and try everything on the menu, and when you are not in the mood for Italian, ask the server to get the Chef. If you like to try infused and even dishes just made up on the spot, look no further then the Italian kitchen on the north end of the Tualatin commons lake... The man can make anything! I can't say enough about Fiorano Ristorante! A+++++++ Chef Shan and staff!

This restaurant is amazing! The food is the best I have had and the employees are just as amazing. The views of the water and the feel of this restaurant is great. This is a must visit place if you love Italian food!
