Just when I was about to load up 7 children! I read the reviews and changed my minds! These reviews do get read!

My child always has a great time when she goes to Trussville PlayStation....she loves to take her girlfriends and they always talk about what a great time they had there..

My kids are done spending my hard earned money at this business. When the owners allow bullies to continue coming in after they have had more than 2 to 3 complaints on the guy ..he's just one person.I guess when some gets hurts or dies, then just maybe they will put this bully out. I bet the law suit that follows will shut it down ,and I'll be the first in line to testify against them ... just going to put the bullies name out their Zachariah Vernon (Zach).

I will NEVER reserve another bday party here again! Staff leader was rude and not helful. They charge extra for everything. I did not have a real host all they did was set the food on the table poured drinks and left. I would have been better off just grabbing a table and set up on my own without reserving. We were kicked out after party because Someone reserved the rink. What kind of people charge for drink refills for the kids during the party?? I would not recommend this rink for a party for ANYONE!

On June 25th, my family and I visited the Playstation during opening hours. The customer service was horrible. The staff of the concession stand was very impatient, rude, and breaking several health rules (not using any gloves, sitting utensils on bare counter, serving open nacho chips from a previous day). I immediately made the female manager aware of my concerns. Her reply was "we are not a fast food chain...but a family business." My response was that I was offended by her comments. She replies "I am offended by you good bye and walks off." This type of customer service is not acceptable! I will not visit this place again! I will spend my money at a skating rink where I am valued as a customer!

This place is full of nice polite workers. All of the activities are a lot of fun for children. However, you have to be at least 7 years old to drive a go-kart, or play laser tag.

This skate center is not family friendly. Do not waste your money there. I know I never will again. It is sad since it used to be a good place to take your kids.

guess this person does not usually wear what is required due to the fact she can not spell!!!!!!! people in this country do not think they are required to follow rules anymore and we are infringing on their rights.....

Do not waste the twenty dollers a Pearson to get herassed for having your shirt untucked or wearing a hat . My young daughter and I were repeatedly herassed by security all over my shirt and my daughters hat .
