I had taken my child previously to this dentist office. I loved Dr. Sue Young, so I decided to take my other children to this office. I sat down and completed the paperwork for my new children, and I overhead the receptionist saying that the previous Dr. had sold the office. I was outrage!!! Why? Mi insurance covers all preventive care, however, I will have to pay out of pocket if I go outside the network. I am applaud by the lack of work ethics. Needless to say, I left the office. They could have notified my of this new Dr. ahead of time. They don't really have to notify you by law, but if they really care about their patients it is nice to disclose any changes, after all, they always asked you if you insurance info has change before you see the Dr. It is a really bad idea to start a new business with practices that might look dishonest and unethical.Not only they made me waste my time, but they lost 3 potential patients.
