Have been using these folks for years. Honest, caring and have an attention to detail. Tough winter and all I can say is they do great. Have used them a half dozen times over the years and could not be happier.

They did not do a good job on my car. My vehicle had 8,000 miles on it when a suburban backed into me. When I pointed out the orange peel look and other poor quality work issues, I was told that they did the best they could.... Never give a shop the insurance check until you are completely satisfied. i really wish I would have checked the reviews prior to going there.

Art and his crew does a beautiful job restoring terrible damage. Being a local Truckee resident for 18 years, I have always had great results at Shepherds.

I was T-boned and had my truck towed to shepherds. They explained how it all would work and promised to take care of everything. WOW! Just like the commercial said! I kept in close contact since I've never had an accident like this before.

At one point after the repair was complete, I asked about the tires. They were going to just replace one tire!! I once managed a tire sales and installation warehouse in SoCal, and I know you can't run multiple size tires on a 4x4. I ended up fighting with the insurance company and then I HAD TO DRIVE TO RENO TO GET ANOTHER TIRE!! THAT WAS THEIR JOB!! After taking possession of my truck and driving it home, I called to tell them the steering pulled to the left. The mgr/owner said,"We didn't have an alignment order". AFTER STRAIGHTENING THE FRAME, THEY DIDN'T THINK AN ALIGNMENT WAS NEEDED?? THAT should be enough said, right there, about their INTEGRITY and CAPABILITY. I would let some kid fix my truck in his back yard before I would ever go back to shepherds again!

They should have done the complete job, i.e. informing the insurance co. that all tires needed replacing, aligning the truck correctly, or at least telling me that they couldn't be honest about the whole job.

Either way, I'LL NEVER GO BACK!

Shepherd's did a great job in regards to the damage of my car. I was in town and needed the work done ASAP. Shepherd's took care of the job, gave me a quote, got the parts, did the repair and great follow up. Thanks alot.
