Joe & crew did an excellent job installing my 1st floor (6 rooms) of fooring! They showed up when promised, explained my options, broke out pricing of job [which was great because I was able to identify where I could save & how much (e.g. removing old flooring; removing/reinstalling sink myself, etc)]. Quick to respond to calls, answered all my questions about type of flooring, installation oprions, pros/cons, etc. There were no surprises; everything went according to plan. Also important- he was clear, thorough and upfront on what i had to do to prepare (e.g. remove fragile glass items before they start), and conditions id have to deal with (e.g. est time my sink/ and toilet would be unavailable). Great customer service! Most importantly, I am very pleased w the results!
