I just ordered my weeding flowers, can't wait to pick them up. Customer services was great when I visited the store.

I have already asked a friend to visit the store.

What a great little shop! Selection is always great, even in winter. I like that not all their flowers are arranged, but available to pick through. The shop owner and employees are so personable and helpful. Definitely a must-visit! :)

I ordered 1 dozen roses to be delivered to my girlfriend. When the order arrived it was left for her before she came to get it. When she got them, 4 of the 12 roses were broken. She called them and they offered to replace the roses by 5 (it was 1:30 at the time) and they never arrived. During the phone calls she made and I made, they never once apologized for the mistake. We decided to return the roses and ask for a full refund (which was offered over the phone).When we arrived the woman who owns the store was very rude, and unpleasant to deal with. She tried to not give a full refund. She argued that labor went into the flowers, which I'm sure that it did, but I paid premium dollar for a complete, convenient presentation. It was inexcusable for the driver to deliver the flowers in that condition.It was a very frustrating ordeal. She has lost my business as well as any of my friends' business. Had she been more reasonable and understanding, she'd still have my business.

Whenever I need flowers for any reason -- a funeral, a new baby, a birthday, just because -- I stop by and ask Nina (owner/florist) to help me. I give her my budget, and she creates a stunning arrangement every time!
