If you want to be ripped off then they are for you. They actually rig it for failure. My mom who lives alone had them come out of pocket 3 times in one month. Women beware. Make sure you either use a deep voice when calling or have a man there when they arrive.

Greg provided nothing but phenomenal customer service today. I had an issue on my new Cub Cadet that I purchased elsewhere(In hinesight, I wish I had bought it from these guys!!!). It would not free wheel or start so I had no way to get it into my truck and to the shop. Although he did not have a driver to pick up the mower, he still found a way to get it there from my home in Jaffrey the very same morning! Within mere hours they had it all done and ready to go! Not only that, but they were great on the phone and made it obvious that they cared most about the customer and not the red tape (this was warranty work). A+++++!!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! The next time I need anything, I would not dream of going anywhere else! Thanks Greg!
