On Saturday, 3/8, I took my new 2006 G6 to your store to have the window tinted and the Diamond Gloss applied. The windows look great!! The problem, when I got the car home I found a 12 inch scratch on my hood. I took the car back on Monday and was treated very disgraceful by the manager and the other guy. I told them that the scratch was not on the hood before the service and I believe that Bob,the Asst. Mgr., would have found that scratch when he went out to "check-in" my car. Bob never mentioned the scratch. I was basically treated very poorly by the guys there. They tried to tell me that the scratch was probably there before and I did not notice it until I had the Gloss put on it. This scratch has been touch up which is what they are tell me and that it was there. When I bought the car on the previous Monday, I LOOK OVER my car completely. My car salesman could verify that! I am very particular with my car and I know that scratch was not there. I just spent $472 at that store on Saturday and feel that I was taken advantage of the situation. I feel the guys at the store thought that since I am a women that I cannot do anything about it. I am so sick about this scratch in my hood and so upset with the way I was dealt with by this guys. I do not feel that I should have to pay the $299 for the gloss treatment! Can someone in your company help!!
