I've been using them for years, a loyal customer with "Priority One" status, but one of the sprinklers stopped working one month after they serviced it, and now I have a giant brown patch in my back yard. I called to ask them to come and fix it, and they told me the earliest they could do was over 2 weeks out. I need to find a service that I can rely on and that takes care of their long-term customers
