DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Bait and switch. I ordered tile and was told it would be here in 3-4 days. After 3-days of not hearing anything I called to see where my tile was and was told it would take two weeks to get in. I asked to cancel my order since I couldn't wait that long and would never had bought it if I was told to would be two weeks.
But they absolutely refused to cancel or refund anything and I said "tough" I was stuck waiting and it would come in when it comes in. Though they couldn't give me a specific date when it would arrive, where it was coming from, nothing. I would just have to sit and wait for them to call sometime in about two weeks. COMPLETE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE! They just want your money and could care less about customer service, meeting expectations, or running a business properly.

Did not even get up to say hello. 3 people working on Saturday, continued to have a personal coversation and eat food. Very poor customer service, I have never experienced something so blatantly rude!!!
