Great buying experience, maybe the best I ever had. To start off I would say this is the most welcoming and easy going dealership I have ever been to and I bought dozens of cars in the past!
Andrew was my salesman and Melissa was in finance and running the whole place were just AMAZING!!
I don't have a perfect credit at the moment and Peter got me approved without any problem for a 16 E class.
Andrew made the atmosphere at the dealership felling like home.

his is the second time I have bought a car here. First one was a Bmw 750li very good car.
I use my cars for work so it is important to have a reliable car. I came back last week and bought another car, the 2nd one, this time a Mercedes-Benz GL 450. The whole team there is great from owner Mr Kosower to Andrew and Michael were all great. They helped me with the car and all the paper processing and the work and took my old car back from me with credit towards my purchase.
Even though it was a commercial vehicle they were really helpful to me. Thank you guys for all the help, will be back to purchase car for wifey She wants her 2nd Bmw!

I was hosted by Daniel and Andrew two weeks ago when I try to purchase a used Macan. Both are very nice and professional. Daniel is really nice and he is a life saver. He helped me get the payment done in Sunday when the banks are all closed. And I was able to drive the car back home the same day. Andrew get me a unbeatable price that I don't think u can find anywhere. He clearly knows what he is doing and he was very approachable.

I was looking for a used Range Rover and ended up buying a gorgeous Maserati with only 19,000 miles on it. I absolutely LOVE MY NEW CAR and had one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a very long time. In fact this is the first time in 20 years I've been excited about a car. I took the Maz out of town for the weekend last weekend and drove it to the bay area, was a fun trip, and the new car made it even better.

Michael was professional, honest & great to work with! I had looked at several Mercedes GLE before finding the best value and no haggling from Michael. HANDS DOWN the BEST dealer I've ever purchased a car from!
After nearly a week of trying to get an approval and going back and forth with another dealer to get into a Maserati Ghibli I said enough is enough!
I called Iman and Harry at SHIFT Auto Brokers and said
"Iman I need your help badly, I need a Maserati and another dealer is putting me through HELL"
He said "I'm here waiting for you"
I got in my car, drive to SHIFT Auto Brokers, no joke within thirty minutes I test drove the car got an approval signed my paperwork and I was out the door with a Maserati Ghibli.
Straight to the point no BS.

If you're tired of getting robbed and givin' the run around, seriously go ask for Iman. I would not steer you in the wrong direction.

By the way, my credit is far from perfect.
Yet still, I told Iman this is what I'm comfortable with paying and that's what he made happen for me.

I recently bought a Range Rover hse here. I have to say my experience here was a breeze. Let me start out by thanking Iman who did a great job. I decided to work with my credit union for financing but he worked directly with them and provided them with all the information they needed almost instantly. I want to say that he took great care of me. He even followed up with me after a few days of buying the car just to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions about the car. They handle alot of upscale vehicles like Land Rovers, Mercedes, Maserati, Bmws, and I even saw a Rolls Royce there. They know their cars and know how to cater to their guests. I will be recommending them to my freinds and family for future purchases. Ask for Michael!

One suggestion to SHIFT Auto Brokers... I got a text after I chose my pickup date / time that said I was sent an email w/details. Well there was no email... which was a little worrisome. Tried texting back to the roboSMS and then tried the website robo chat which had no idea what I was talking about. Suggestion, either actually send an email w details or have a way to see them in the website transaction.
Once Holly called me all was well, but that disconnect and inability to reach a rep is probably driving your negative reviews.

After having a few issues with delivery service to my home I decided to head on down to the "vending machine" to pick up my new ride. For me the distance was manageable as the location was only 30 miles away.
I requested a date of 5/23/20 and time of 11:00 am for my pick up about a week in advance. (Filling out the paperwork online and getting approved was easy) I arrive about 15 minutes early and was immediately greeted by a SHIFT Auto Brokers advocate. He knew what car I was there for based on the timeframe. He made the process a breeze and talked me through it with great detail and professionalism. Although I had already signed most of the paperwork online there were a few DMV/REGISTRATION papers to fill out which took a few minutes.
Once all the paperwork was completed I was handed a coin to insert into the "vending machine" to retrieve my car. You can't really see the machine in action from the inside of the lobby but they do have a tv showing the process. The car is brought down and does a runway like walk towards and even makes a full 360 turn. Then the car enters a designated bay where you can go to meet it and inspect it.
After inspecting and approving it the keys are handed over and you're off! My particular vehicle had a few gifts inside from SHIFT Auto Brokers which was very thoughtful.

I've had an amazing experience we SHIFT Auto Brokers and I especially appreciate the customer service Lamarah Thibedeaux provided throughout the process. So first, as a young female professional I wanted to purchase a new car but I didn't want to go through the hassle of being pressured into a sale by a dealership. With the digit market growing now-a-days we have access to information online that we've never had before. I like to do my research and it paid off this time. Initially I read the negative reviews of SHIFT Auto Brokers and I was skeptical but when I came across my dream car, I decided to call SHIFT Auto Brokers to gather further information and it was all seamless from there. The initial sales representative provided me with the total rundown of the company, how the operate and what my sale would look like. As a New Yorker, I recognized I would be open to a larger market by purchasing my car online and was receiving a cheaper price then my local dealer. I especially appreciated the convenience of having my new vehicle shipped to my house. When I decided to move forward with the sale, paperwork was overnighted to me. I spent one day reviewing and then sent back. The nice the wire cleared for the remaining deposit, SHIFT Auto Brokers moved forward with having my vehicle shipped. I was looking to sell my 2015 Nissan Rogue and Shift Auto Brokers gave me the best offer compared to three local car dealers, who we're also interested in buying my car. Mike inspected the car and then walked me through the process. After completing the inspection he presented me with an offer that was lower than the highest car dealer. I mentioned the amount the car dealer had offered me and also showed him the written offer of all the dealer. Mike contacted the head office and send them the highest bidders offer. Within minutes he received a counter offer that was slightly higher than the highest SD car dealers offer. I accepted and it took no more than 15 minutes to transfer the title and to receive the payment to my bank. Mike did an excellent job and made it easy!

Andrew has done it again! I cannot believe this amazing man hasn't built an empire of service centers yet, but I'm glad he hasn't. The second I walked up he recognized me and knew it was time for my oil change. I told him I was moving and doing a long drive, and he said he'd check everything to make sure I was A-OK. You know that a business owner is honest when you give them the perfect setting to upsell you, and they don't. He told me my car was ready to go, and gave me a timeline for things that may need to be checked in the future.

I don't care if your husband, mother or neighbor's uncle does all your repairs and maintenance in the driveway, give SHIFT Auto Brokers Auto + Tires a visit and you'll be a regular for sure.
