We remodeled our kitchen and contracted J. C. Lowry for the electrical. Julius provided a thorough, reasonable and prompt quote, and Dan did a fantastic job of completing the work. They should be your first and only call for your electrical needs.

Dan was great. Highly recommend. Very accomodating with evening hours. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL!

Dan came out within two hours of my call and thoroughly explained the issue with my lights. He fixed everything and was courteous and very knowledgeable.

Julius Lowry and his son Dan are fantastic. They were referred to me by a friend and I have to say they are by far the most professional and knowledgeable. I have never trusted a contractor because I always got screwed over by either being overcharged, the work done incorrectly, or sub-par parts were used. You will NOT have this problem with Julius and Dan. These guys are super honest, efficient, and reasonable in cost. I had a complete kitchen remodel, gut to the plaster and they came in and did their thing and had to do some major trouble shooting. Kudos to these guys! I appreciate them and will call them for any future work needed and will refer them to anyone I know that needs electrical done.

Dan from Lowry Electric did a great job. He came out the next business day following my call for help and was knowledgable and friendly. We needed an outlet moved and another installed for a microwave. Within a couple of hours he was done with the project and cleaned up the mess. The price was very reasonable as well. I would use them again in the future and would highly recommend using them.

I am really happy to have found these guys. Dan and James came out and found the cause of several outlets not working, and fixed the problem. I could tell right away from talking to Dan and his Dad Julius that I could trust this company. Pricing is very reasonable. Very friendly, professional service. DAN is THE man! Dan Lowry from J.C. Lowry Electric handled an emergency electrical issue in our home late in the evening on Mother's Day. His knowledge of his trade, attention to precision, and detailed explanation of the issue while patiently trouble shooting was exceptional. In addition, his prompt and professional follow up the following day was all that was needed to get the job done. We highly recommend this company for any electrical needs, and will ALWAYS use them in the future. Highly satisfied customer! ; )

I had multiple electricians quote a circuit breaker update on my new house in Clawson. The house had an old electric panel with glass fuses and was very outdated. Julius and his son's provided me with a quote that beat the closest competitor by more than $1000. They were friendly, informative, and exceeded my expectations. Excellent, friendly service. They came out very quickly on a Saturday, quickly fixed the problems, explaining what was wrong and what to do with one of the problems should it recur.

I needed some electrical work done on a rental house recently and after getting the runaround with a few other companies I found Lowry Electric in the Yellow Pages.

Julius Lowry came out, researched the problems and gave me a reasonable estimate.

His two sons came out on time and got the work done in short order.

The house is older and as Murphy's law would dictate, they ran into some problems. However They didn't even break stride fixing the issues that arose and were thoroughly professional. The final bill came in remarkably close to the estimate given to me by Julius.

Being a landlord and a homeowner, I've had to call on electricians more than a couple of times and I've always felt at their mercy. But at all phases of the job, I felt comfortable with this company.

I wanted to write this review because like a good dentist or mechanic, an honest and ethical electrician is someone I think everyone should know about.
