I had the windshield of my Dodge Grand Caravan replaced by Henderson and I am VERY pleased with their work. Jerry Voorheis

I took my dodge truck in for a broken drives side window the part came in with in 2 days I was told that it would be factory window so that it would match the rest of the glass. When I picked the truck up it had and off brand window in it that did not match the factory tint on my other windows. the manager Dwight told me that my insurance would not pay for a factory window so they went ahead and installed the after market one and if I had a problem with it to take it up with AAA. I called my insurance agent and he told me that they approved and payed for the factory window. the next day I noticed that my window would no longer work I took it back and Dwight told me that it was not there problem. The truck is under warranty so I took it to the dodge dealer after about 10 min of waiting the service writer took me out in to,the garage to see what Henderson glass had done to my truck they had broken 6 of the clips off of the back of the door trim panle and then glued them back on! ($50,000 truck and they have the nerve to glue it back together)only some of the glue had gotten in to the window lift system and locked it up they had also cut the splash shield out of the door instead of just removing and reinstalling it. after taking picturs of the damage Dwight offered to buy me a used door trim panle and window lift motor assembly luckily the dodge dealer I got the truck from felt bad and replaced the damaged parts at no cost to me long story short don't go to Henderson glass in troy they are hacks and will charge you for higher priced O.E parts and then install low quality aftermarket

I called and was told if I arrived by 4pm, they would fix the crack in my windshield. I arrived at 3:50pm same day, and was told that the guy who fixes them had already clocked out for the day. The lady in the office then proceeded to ask another man if he "felt" like fixing my windshield in the back office. She then reported to me, "Sorry but we don't have any to fix your windshield. You can come back tomorrow." Needless to say I went somewhere else!! Not very good customer service. They are also priced $10 more than Belle Tire to fix a windshield.

I placed an order, after one week I called to check on it. The store manager forgot to order my stuff. He was to fix this by rushing my order. I called again a week later to check on my order; they told me that it was suppose to be in the following day. It took 11 days for my order to come in. Normal shipping takes 10-14 days therefore he did not rush my order. When I went to pick it up, he told the guy in the back room to tell me to bring someone to help him load the car. Apparently the store manager was leaving and was unable to help the back room guy. When I called the customer service they basically said that it was unfortunate that this happened to me. They didn’t even have the decency to say sorry for the extra days you waited.
