I had my first crossfit class here and it was amazing. Great gym and coaches are very friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend this box for everyone looking to try crossfit or keep in shape with boot camp classes! Also family friendly which is awesome because they have kids conditioning classes too! Definitely recommend :-)
