Great service. Another company was giving me a line of BS so I sought a second opinion and it turns out I was right. The diagnosed problem wasn't even true and they were trying to cover up their poor AC installation job by misdiagnosing the issue. Comfort Plus showed up 40 minutes after I booted the other company out and righted the ship. I appreciate the honesty which saved me money and aggravation. Thanks Chris.

Just had my 40 year old furnace replaced by this company. No high pressure sales pitch with them. They were honest and courteous, and explained everything I needed to know prior to purchase, and through out the install. They got here when they said they would, worked their tails off when they were here, and didn't cut any corners. Compared to other companies I had quoting this job, they were the most competitive. I would highly recommend this company, they did a great job.

Comfort Plus installed our furnace and A/C unit two years ago and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Chris sat with us and explained all of our options in advance of our purchase so that we could make an informed decision. We live in an older home and had difficulty getting airflow to certain areas of our home. He came up with creative solutions that have allowed us to be comfortable in rooms that we used to avoid on cold days. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly are all words I would use to describe Chris. He came out today to perform a service check and cleaning and delivered replacement furnace filters as well. Again he was prompt, friendly and offered advice on another appliance based on his experience. I highly recommend Comfort Plus and plan to use them for our service needs for years to come.

I had Comfort Plus service an AC unit that stopped working at my home in Clawson. I couldn't be happier with their service. They arrived promptly, got to work, informed me what the issue was, and left with my AC unit working. A few days later I had another minor issue arise. I left Chris a voicemail which and he returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He arrived the following day and resolved the issue at no additonal cost. Overall service was great and the price ended up being right around what I expected to pay. Thanks Chris!!

As the mother-of-the-bride, I could not have been happier with the whole shopping for the bridal party experience. The owner of the shop, Christine, went above and beyond in every way to make this an absolutely amazing experience. She cared so much about meeting all of our needs, from the prices we could afford, to making recommendations in other areas to help make the wedding all we wanted it to be. We literally say all the time, because of her the wedding was amazing!!



Sarah's Bridal is much more than a bridal shop, it is more like an "all you need to know for your wedding" shop. If I told you all they did for us, you would not believe it. Suffice it to say they felt like a bridal shop and wedding planner all rolled into one. And though our resources for the wedding were limited, we never felt they were trying to push us into higher priced items. Christine was determined to help us plan a beautiful wedding on the budget we could afford.



The wedding was breathtaking on a shoestring, and that was in big part because of Christine and Sarah's Bridal. We will be forever grateful!! Not to mention, she has amazing prom dresses that my other daughter has purchased there. You will not believe the range of prices she has and the choice of dresses. Her shop is beautiful and feels like a boutique. You must see it to believe. Make this your first stop as soon as the weeding planning begins. I promise you that you will be so glad you did!

I had Comfort Plus install new furnace. Chris the owner, nice guy but the product Frigidaire he sells is terrible. Very noisy and very loud. Do not hire this company you will be very disappointed in their products. The name Comfort Plus is a misnomer. It's not comforting at all. Thus the one star rating. Will not recommend nor will I hire again.

Comfort Plus exceeded my expectations. Honest, caring and efficient. My basement has white carpeting. You would not know I had a dirty, dusty and sooty 20+ year furnace removed and a new furnace installed. Chris and Tim, You are awesome! You earned my business and respect. I trust I will refer your name with the enthusiasm you deserve. Congratulations, on a job well done!

Fast, high quality, neat, friendly and reasonable - that is how I would describe the Comort Plus team. Saved the day for me when my furance stopped working on a cold day so they they get my high praise.

I would highly recommend Comfort Plus Heating and Cooling. They did a great job. Chris gave us some great ideas that no other Heating company did. He also found a couple of problems with our system that no one else had either noticed or mentioned to us. I know that if we had not hired Comfort Plus we would be dealing with more problems down the line and would not have any idea why. I am so happy that we hired Comfort Plus. They were also very efficient and courtesy.

Excellent, prompt, courteous, friendly, honest... I cannot say enough good things about Chris and Comfort Plus. They installed a new furnace & A/C, they were on time, did a great job, cleaned up and explained all the details when they were done. I could not have asked for better service and look forward to working with them in the future!

This company is responsive, informative, and fairly priced. I needed a new furnace fan motor (10 year old furnace). I was told what all my options were with no pressure to make any particular decision. Since I needed to replace my furnace fan motor I decided to also replace my 17 year old hot water heater. I shopped price on both and this company was fairly priced all the way around. What really impressed me is how much time they spent with me on the phone answering all my questions. They came out the next day and did the work. They are meticulous about cleaning up. This was an outstanding experience.

Chris and his team are top of the line. I agree will all the positive comments made on previous reviews. I have recommended Comfort Plus to others, and they have been totally satisfied with all aspects of the job. Characteristics are total Integrity, professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness, thoroughness, follow-through, expectations management. As a homeowner, I am totally at ease over my heating, airconditioning, and water heating needs. Whenever a problem arises, help is just a phone call away!

Thanks to the Comfort Plus team, we did not have to replace our furnace. After an incredibly affordable "fix" to our furnace, Comfort Plus has kept us warm the rest of the winter. When it comes time to replace the furnace, we'll be calling Comfort Plus.

I know Chris through my BNI group. Chris has serviced my furnace and given recommendations for regular maintenance that I now follow. The other day we discovered a slow leak coming from the hot water heater. Not taking a chance on a large flood in the basement, I consulted Chris (early Friday evening) who noted that if there were no external leaks in the plumbing, the leak was likely a cracked tank. Chris quoted a price right on the phone and said he would be out first thing in the morning (Saturday). Chris arrived on time and within two hours the old hot water heater was replaced with a brand new one. The old one was taken away for recycling the glass, steel and aluminum components by Comfort Plus (thinking Green).



Reliable, fast , on time, great work, reasonable cost and green are words that describe Chris and Comfort Plus.



I would recommend Comfort Plus in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience working with Chris at Comfort Plus. Did my homework and selected Comfort Plus for quoting a new furnace & AC system for my home based on customer reviews and Comfort Plus's responsivenes to quote, tax credit, equipment detail, etc. information. I also selected a furnace/ AC brand that Comfort Plus does not represent but selected them for the install based on belief they are one of the top HVAC contractors in the area. They worked with me & agreed to install this equipment. The installation was excellent & went as-scheduled. Note that I had Comfort Plus install an existing humidifier that wasn't working after installation due to some scale/ lime build-up in a solenoid. Chris went out of his way to root cause and guided me to complete the repair. Thanks again Comfort Plus. See you this Spring for the AC system start-up.

Nothing worse then having your furnace stop working on the weekend called many places some said they wouldnt be out for 2 days I wonder why do they put 24/7 emergency service on thier web site. Others want time and a half just to show up.



However Comfort plyus came out in 2 hours from my call fix the furnace for me. I will highly recommend Comfort plus to my Friends and family for a prompt and professional service.
