When it rains it pours. I noticed some cracks were leaking in my basement, and they had been for a while, but this time more than usual. I called a few local companies for estimates and decided to try basement waterproofing of michigan. I normally dont write reviews but I feel these guys deserved it. The came by and looked at my basement. They gave me a consultation and the estimate. I told them I would need to think about it because it was a more than I wanted to pay and little more than other estimates I got. I called them after a couple of days and hired them to do the job. They were a little higher than other companies but while doing extra research I did see they were most reliable and have a good rep. They fixed the leaks and I was happy. I will call them for any future problems.

This is a great company. BWM used the Grate Drain system on my basement foundation and it has performed beautifully since day one. I took my time and compared various basement waterproofing foundation systems for my Michigan style basement and found the ones at BWM to be the best. Pricy but well worth the money for the piece of mind that my basement will NEVER get wet again.

I compared several different basement waterproofing foundation systems and found that the BWM Grate Drain is far superior over the traditional French drain tile waterproofing systems and the waterguard foundation systems because the Grate Products drain can handle much more water at a much faster pace. Since I live in a commonly flooded area, it was important to me to buy the best possible system out there and I believe the choice I made by hiring BWM Basement Waterproofing of Michigan, I made the best decision for my home.

Without a doubt, the BEST decision I made this year was to go with BWM Basement Waterproofing Company. I have had a leaky basement for 5+ years and it has progressively gotten worse over the past several months. Don from B.W.M. came out and inspected my basement and found the problem with my drain time and foundation. He offered a few different solutions. I took the information and did some more comparative shopping with other local basement waterproofers in Michigan. Out of all of the foundation systems out there, I am very confident that the basement systems provided by BWM waterproofing was the best. I hired them to do the work and had the installation scheduled two weeks later.

The installation of the basement waterproofing system was loud and messy however, the crews did a great job protecting my personal property and also did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. The end result, I have a perfectly dry basement, even after this most recent flood we had two weeks ago that normally would have fuilled my basement halfway with water.

I am so happy I chose this company over B dry and Everdry. The prices were a little higher with BWM but in my opinion well worth it.
