The gentleman repeatedly tried to switch me into a lower end car, claiming it was an 'upgrade.' The white car I rented was so filthy on the outside it was almost brown and the interior had dirt stains on the radio, and obviously had not been cleaned since the last driver. There was a funky smell to the car too.



The car drove fine and was in fine shape mechanically. But, I couldn't get over how unprofessional the guy was and he tried to hurry me along with the processing and sugar coat all the insurance and damage questions I had.
