Don't believe everything you read. Especially if the review is full of misspelled words. We purchased a 125cc Tao Tao today from this company. They were VERY professional and helpful. All of the staff we encountered were avid atv riders and they were more than knowledgeable about all of the inventory. Chris explained all about how to maintain it and he even helped load it into our truck. And yes, there also was a female working and she was also very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend this company.

good service at pickup, then got home and found a leaking caliper, I had to pickup the new one, and they said they would charge to ship it to me.. sad,

Spent over $4000 they did not fix my ATV they let it sit outside for months to rust. Bought my son a 4 wheeler, they did not know how to fix it and would not. I bought myself and my son new 4 wheeler that actually run from a legit company. THEY ARE PREJUDICE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, REPORT THEM, THEY LOST THERE BBB ACCREDITATION, MECHANICS NOT CERTIFIED AND ARE ALL FELONS

Biggest disappointment by far. Troy IL store is a joke, you have a young lady running around the store flirting with all the guys and a guy in his 40's you could tell he was aggravated with her lack of professionalism came to help. He apologized for her behavior and was willing to help. The showroom was tiny and all we could here was this young lady laughing loudly and noone was answering the phones, the man helping us was trying to do both jobs. We ask if someone could help us test drive a Odes he said yes, as we waited a short young bald man came out to help and was said well are you gonna buy it, if not I am not doing test ride. We thought he was joking, until the young lady came out and began laughing and said sorry you have to buy it first and walked away... WOW...all we wanted was to see if it ran to spend that kind of money. The older guy was so apologetic and could tell he was embarrassed. Shame on you Wholesale ATV, may wanna get some professionals working there not rude childish from whom you call employees. Another couple was in their with their child and said WOW, NO WAY WERE BUYING FROM HERE EITHER. GUESS EVERY SHOP HAS A SHOP GIRL AND CLEARLY WHOLESALE HAS 1 FOR THE ENTIRE SHOP TO SHARE. We went to ST CHARLES Powersports and funny enough the couple we seen at Wholesale ATV we saw their to. We purchased a Z Force UTV and paid cash and ended up buying 2 scooters to for our camper from St Charles Powersports. The other couple purchased as well from St Charles location. THE REVIEWS ARE FACTUAL WHOLESALE ATV IS A DUMP

Made our second purchase from Wholesale ATV. Thank you very much Lorie listened to our needs & did not try to sell us something we did not need or try to push us to buy the more expensive one. We are very happy with our new ATV even though we never heard of CF Moto Lorie showed us all the reviews but what brought us back was not just the amazing service but almost two years ago we purchased two atv's for our children and & when we needed something done on one of them they did it fast & did not charge us ridiculous prices like other dealers. We Love our new ATV, Thanks Wholesale ATV!!!

Purchased a new utv even though I never heard of odes utvs before & it's been over two years now & still has not skipped a beat. I brought it in recently for new mud tires & a lift kit & I don't know how anyone could say anything bad to say about them... That's coming from someone who has owned polaris yamaha etc & none of them have held up to the quality of these UTV's & the service you get, The Techs know more then any tech I have ever spoke to at any dealership.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

Str8 highway from St Louis follow 55 all the way to troy exit 18 , u can see the TA truckstop , make rt as you approach exit , make right behind McDonald's , service was awsum, very knowledgeable most of all not pushy , felt more like I was visiting a high school buddy , the 110 cc we purchased made my son's day , be sure u meet FRO AND BENTLEY , two very loving k9 s , once we chose our color , we were done with paperwork within 15 minutes and loading up , bought many name brands in past , from other dealers , won't make that mistake again spending thousands , when u can get a good quality atv or bike here for 250 % less , many thanks at wholesale atv

I almost didn't go here because of the bad reviews but then I made myself remember that most people only take the time to write a review when it's negative so thought I would give 1 myself. Went in today picked out a 4 wheeler for my son for his birthday. He's been riding it non stop since we got home. Its nice rides good he loves it and that's what matters. The service there was good and was in and out in about 20 mins. They were helpful and explained the details of what oil and gas to be sure and put in it. Will definitely be back to buy my other 2 sons 1 very soon. Thank you

This is the second vehicle I purchased from wholesale ATV in Troy. First purchase was a 110CC dirtbike that I purchased in 2013 and it still runs like new. Don't let the Chinese Brand scare you away.. This Coolster Dirtbike has outperformed my Name brand Honda dirtbike.. Less downtime and parts are much less.. Just purchased the Dongfang 200 GKA on 06/21/16. This unit will be used on my farm and modified to be used to run fields with a sprayer.. Overall the Quality of the machines from Wholesale ATV is Top Notch. The maintenance and Mechanics are also top notch.. Listen carefully as the mechanic goes over your machine as the break in period is crucial for performance and reliability. I only have a 4 star rating for Selection because when I purchased my recent machine, they had low inventory and had to order more. This is because this company moves a lot of machines. It is common to watch 4-5 sales happen as your waiting to buy your machine. Great Company!!! And Service!!!

Take all negative reviews seriously and do some homework before deciding if this is the company for you to buy from. Check out all bbb reviews and complaints. Also look at all google reviews but you must type in wholesale atv thend search that. Then type in wholesale atv troy il. Look at all riviews. They have 3 current locations. Troy il, Lebanon junction ky and also memphis tn.

Awesome Service. Bought two UTV's from them, & one ATV over the last 3 years. I wanted to wait & see how they turned out before I wrote them a review. Staff was very helpful, very nice, make you feel like family, they make sure you are informed of everything there is to know or you may ever need to know before purchase & before you leave, They are very eager to help, have awesome after customer service, & you can tell everyone there loves there jobs. I especially want to give them a big Thanks to Casey because we lost one our titles & needed it for the bank to sign off on it when we paid off our loan, They had me a new one in my mailbox in less than a week. Great customer service! Very nice people. Will definitely be back! Lady in the front was very nice and helpful. The service guy that told us about our vehicle was very nice and informative too and even loaded it and strapped it down for us to take home.

terrible customer service , they have a young girl working sales and she makes it clear that she does not want to be there must be related or( other) to the owner. young man that wrote up our order was ok. just goes to show you if your cheap enough you can have the worst customer service, it reminded me of that restaurant DICKS where you pay to get insulted-your fired - I know I cant fire her but I want her to get used to hearing it because she is going to hear it a lot in her lifetime

Bought quads for my kids about 2 years ago. I have only brought one in for minor repair but they were very helpful and fixed it that day.

Well, I'm back. Initially, when I bought my scooter, it was running into problems from day 1. Wouldn't accelerate or go full speed. Chris told me that it would get better as I rode it. It didn't, and a couple months later, the front shook on me as I was going around a turn, and I went down. I spoke to someone over Facebook and over the phone, who said they'd look at it.



The guys came out to my house to try to fix it. They took the front off and tweaked something to secure the handlebar, saying that the handlebars weren't fully secured, then tweaked something underneath the seat. They didn't replace the front lights that were broken as a result of going down, and the acceleration problem was never fixed. I did the oil change, like they advised, and that did nothing. I had asked if they could replace the bike, since it's been acting up since the first day I bought it, and they said no. I paid $750+tax for a brand new bike that's been giving me problems and hurt me, and I can't even get what I paid for at all.



The speed has kept slowing down since they worked on it, to the point that I can now only go down the street before it dies on me, then it doesn't start back up. I'm really tired of this. I paid $750 so that I could get a brand new, working scooter. I never got that. I would like the bike to actually be put to a fully working condition, or to be replaced with one that is. That is what I paid for. I'm getting ready to start school, and I need the transportation that I paid for, even when I already couldn't afford it.

Purchased a moped from there. Said it was ready to go. Broke down within the first 20 miles of riding it. Also, headlights do not work. Took the moped back to them for repair. Didn't repair it and told us they had to order a light kit.. 3 weeks later, no light kit ordered and it has broke down 5 times with only 300 miles on it. The company does not stand behind their product. Extremely dissatisfied.

They advertise 100 bikes in stock and only 10 min from the arch. After deciding to go out there I realized the drive was much further and the selection was not what they claimed.
