If you have plenty of time and money to waste the this is the perfect place. Be prepared for days of having your truck in their shop just got diagnostic and many more days for repairs. This is the rule. And in the end be ready for a plain and simple rip off. I have seen 3 out of 4 customers leaving this facility upset or even angry. If you are broke down in front of their fancy facility take my advice: call a nearby shop, find a tow truck and go away from this shop. You will save a fortune, days of hell and maybe a hard attack.

customer service needs an overhaul

Been here 48 hrs not one call from the service department truck repair has been delayed 3 times with out a call from anyone. I ask them to call if part did not come in no call I called them 5hrs after part was to come in and was told it would be next day Is it to much to ask for a update?

I know nothing about the work they do but i do know that one star is more than they deserve for customer service
